I prefer making my own nut milk, but being that Terry is the primary user of milk on his morning granola or muesli, I haven’t found a recipe that passes “the Terry test”. They failed the test because 1) too much nut crud in the jar 2) too thin – “It’s not the same as store bought” and 3) flavor (“I like having the vanilla flavor milk?”). I’d given up trying to make my own, and resolved to just keep buying from the store, when I saw this recipe at Nouveau Raw for homogenized almond milk. It’s fantastic!
