I made fantastic vegan ramen recipe for lunch today but it had its roots 10 days ago when I saw a ramen recipe video from The Edgy Veg on YouTube. The broth looked really good so I added it to my favorites for a trial run at a later date.
The next ramen tickler came last week when I received my monthly snack box from Vegan Cuts. There was a pack of organic black rice ramen noodles from King Soba. Hmmm. I need to make that ramen recipe….but I didn’t.
The final kick in the pants came last night when we watched The Mind of a Chef. The episode was about noodles and ramen. Bing! I’m making ramen for lunch. Today!
